Most Managers were great producers that got thrown into management positions without understanding the necessities of their role, or how to effectively communicate and develop others. Eventually reaching points of overwhelm and burnout.

Most Organizations aren't able to scale, because their missions and values waver, proper systems aren't developed to facilitate the desired (or even the next) stage, and/or the overall culture (foundational alignment from top to bottom) is shaky or nonexistent.
